Black Student Union (BSU) | The Black Student Union (BSU) at Chute Middle School was created to unite students and provide a space for the community. BSU aims to provide advocacy and inclusion to support marginalized groups. This is done through the opportunities gained through cultural experiences gained in our meetings, and social/educational events. The goal of BSU is to instill student power through higher understanding of self. We are creating a space where awareness of resources, a sense of community, and social justice are a priority for people of color. BSU is open to all students that would like to celebrate the Black culture. |
